At our clinic, we believe in openness, professionalism, and patient-centred care. You have a right to access your health records and to raise any concerns or complaints about your care – and we’re committed to making both processes simple, transparent, and respectful.

Accessing Your Records

Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to view or request a copy of your chiropractic records at any time. Your records are confidential and securely stored in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

If you’d like to access your records, simply let us know – in writing via email. info@energisechiro.co.uk
We’ll explain the process and provide your information promptly, in line with legal and professional guidelines.

Your records belong to you, and you’re always welcome to review them or request that a copy be sent to your GP or another healthcare provider if you’re continuing care elsewhere.

Raising a Concern or Making a Complaint

We always strive to provide the highest standard of care, and we take any concerns or feedback very seriously. If you ever feel unhappy or uncertain about any part of your experience, we encourage you to speak to us directly so we can address the issue quickly and fairly. You can do this any way you feel comfortable.

Our complaints process is straightforward:

  1. Talk to your chiropractor or a member of our team.
    Often, concerns can be resolved informally and immediately.
  2. Submit a written complaint if you’d prefer a formal review.
    We’ll acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it thoroughly.
  3. External support:
    If you feel your concern hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) – the official regulator for chiropractors in the UK. The GCC ensures professional standards are met and that patients are treated with honesty and respect.
