The First Visit
Your initial appointment can be booked online. It’s a group appointment called the Road to Recovery Workshop that goes over an introduction to chiropractic. You’ll learn about how the body works, how it heals and adapts and how chiropractic can facilitate that. It lasts for no more than 30 minutes.

Your Next Visit
You'll have a consultation in a private room with Laura. She'll ask you about your health history and goals. A computerised posture picture will be taken, as well as a range of tests to see how your body and brain are working.
If safe and appropriate, you will be given a chiropractic adjustment. Note that there is no need to remove clothing at your appointments.
When you follow up, you and Laura will review everything from your consultation. You’ll get her recommendations for care and another adjustment.
The time we spend with each person is dependent on their body and spine on that day. If you require more time, we will be happy to schedule that for you. You’ll have reevaluations every 12 visits to compare how you are doing now to where you were before.
