Do you have a good balance between work and life?




Or are you too busy for yourself and too busy with work?

One of the things I have heard a lot in practice recently is how busy people are and how they do not have the time for themselves. Whether it is postponing care with us, not eating well, getting less sleep or doing less exercise. In these moments of ‘busyness’ taking the time to care for yourself is more important than ever. If you burn out or become poorly, you might not be able to keep working or caring for those you love – your body might force you to put it first. But we are here to help

It is said that Gandhi had a particularly busy day ahead and those around him wanted him to get started ASAP. Gandhi replied that if they had twice as much work to do, they’d better meditate for twice as long. My interpretation is that when we are extra busy, we still need to find extra time to care for yourself.

Don’t put off caring for yourself until it’s too late. Do the things you know your body needs to thrive rather than passing through life surviving. We are here to help.
